The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has launched Allied and Healthcare Professionals’ database portal. Government has also started allied & health professionals registration through its online portal a2hp.mohfw.gov.in. This web portal will act as a robust data repository of allied and healthcare workers. Around 30,000 professionals have already registered on the portal.
Ms. Preeti Sudan, Secretary, Health and Family Welfare launched the Allied and Healthcare Professionals’ database portal to bring transparency and to track professionals. The web portal will also ensure better system and framework for healthcare workforce in country. People will enjoy demographic dividend of more than 65% youth below the age of 35 year.
Allied & Healthcare Professionals Registration Procedure
Below is the complete procedure for allied & healthcare professionals database portal registration:-
- For registration candidates have to visit at official website a2hp.mohfw.gov.in.
- Candidates need to click on “A&HP Database Enrolment” tab at top of page.
- Then candidates click on “Enroll & Sign Up” tab.
- Allied & healthcare professional registration form will appear on screen.
- Fill all required detail in registration form carefully.
- Now candidates click on “Submit” button.
The Allied & Healthcare Professionals Database Portal has a capacity to record more than 10 lac professionals data. The candidates can subsequently login to the portal using the credentials received in the email and edit the information, upload qualification degree etc.
Also present at the event were Additional Secretary (Health) Sh. Sanjeeva Kumar and Joint Secretary Sh. Arun Singhal, among other officials and dignitaries from NIC at Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Ms. Preeti Sudan stated that the country is facing increasing burden of lifestyle diseases and ailments, and needs better standards and appropriate frameworks for professionals providing health services to the population.
