Up government has been implementing various welfare scheme for the citizen in the state. To monitor the progress of these welfare schemes, Government has launched a separate portal called Jansunwai portal. By using the portal, Citizens who are deprived by any welfare scheme can complain against the authority.

The citizens can register their grievances visiting the official website at jansunwai.up.nic.in. In addition, State government will keep nexus between the citizens and government through the portal. The objective of this portal is to provide a direct connection between administrator and citizen at each level like village / district / city.
