Online Application Forms for the Distribution of Tractor Units under MMS-CMSGUY

The state government of Assam has announced that they will distribute tractor under the Chief Minister Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana (CMSGUY) for farmers. Under the CMSGUY scheme, the government will provide one tractor to each revenue village at subsidized rates. In the first phase, Assam government will distribute approx 10,109 tractors in the state.

Under the Chief Minister Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana (CMSGUY), the government will cover all the 26,000 villages across the state. This scheme will strengthen the agriculture sector so that farmers can harness the potential of their cultivation land. The objective of the scheme is to promote the growth of agriculture sector by using the tractors and double the income of farmers.

Below given the registration process to apply for the scheme.

  • Firstly visit the official website at
  • On the homepage, candidate has to click on Distribution of tractor units which is available under the latest tab or directly click this link.
  • New page will open, here has to make the registration, if have already an account so can login on the portal.
  • For new user, a comform link will be sent by the authority on the registered email id.
  • After the login, click the “Apply for service” on the homepage.

  • Here candidate has to fill all the details on the application form, details are including bank account details, family members details, etc.

  • After filling the details, click on the “submit” tab.
  • On this portal, candidate can also view the status of their application form.
  • Moreover, Message alert service also is available on the portal which send the message regarding the process in the application form.
  • Chief Minister Samagra Gramya Unnayan Yojana (CMSGUY)

    CMSGUY is a village development scheme which was announced by the Assam Government. The scheme will be implemented in all villages of the Assam till 2021-22. This scheme was launched by the chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal on 5 February 2017 in Guwahati. The total budget of CMSGUY scheme is Rs. 30,000 Crore which would be used till 2022.

    3) Improving irrigation facilities by providing skills
    4) Cover about 25,425 villages in the state.
    5) Special attention to 6th scheduled councils, PRI’s, ULB’s
    6) Special emphasis on Sericulture, Bamboo cane products, high-yield variety seeds, spices, vegetable and organic farming.
    7) The average investment of Rs. 1.20 Crore per village to develop eco and rural tourism base.

    According to the notification, the state government will constitute a team of 5 members in each block. This team will modify the implementation process of the scheme according to the survey. In addition, the government will also constitute a separate unit under Agricultural Department which monitor the implementation process of the scheme.
